This is hands down the worst textbook I have ever encountered. It is nigh unreadable. Case excerpts are interspersed with author notes, the lack of footnotes means there are cites breaking up paragraphs everywhere, and the ordering system clearly worked on a computer but not in print. Thankfully this comes with a link for examples and explanations. A case book should not make it this hard to figure out what is case, and what is author interpretation. If you are an admin law professor- please don’t pick this book for your class.
